Construction is well underway for the next condominium offering in the second phase of Founders Place. The Helen will feature 19 residences that range from two to four-bedroom residences and penthouses and is situated directly across from the Mountaineer Express lift in Deer Valley Resort, with views of the mountain and the Jordanelle reservoir. It is the ideal ski-in ski-out condominium come winter, but every season at The Helen will put a bounce in your step.
