Fall has arrived in Deer Valley, bringing with it the first snow of the season!
It has been a busy couple of months at Founders Place. 14 out of 19 homes have sold at Helen! Five terrific homes are still available.
At Edgar and Polly, really good progress has been made on construction.
Edgar West:
Level 5 – Plumbing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in are in progress.
Level 6 – Layout and framing are ongoing.
Edgar East:
Concrete cores are nearing top-out.
Polly:
Underground plumbing and slab on grade are complete.
